Air Experience Flying

On a cold and snowing morning 8 cadets set of at 07:30 from The Squadron Headquarters to Boscombe Down, Wiltshire. Arriving just after 08:30 the snow had gone, the cloud was lifting and sings of the sun were just starting. Straight up to the briefing room for the safety video, Parachute demonstration and questions.

With the briefing out of the way the first 6 cadets were taken to the fitting room for flying suits, helmet, gloves & parachutes, once fitted and checked there was a few minutes wait for the pilots to finish their checks and to come and collect their cadet passengers, once strapped in and secured the aircraft taxied to the runway for take off

Each Cadet had about 30 minuets in the air and each took control for some of the time, practicing turning and getting use to the controls, some cadets who wanted to were given some aerobatics to feel the G-Force

All 8 cadets enjoyed the day and now can't wait to fly again
