After being awarded your
first class badge, you will be given a break from learning so that you can enjoy
the flying, gliding, shooting, and camps etc. that are open to you.
Becoming a Leading cadet, however, involves
selecting 3 new subjects based on what you have already learnt at first class.
The subjects may be deep and complicated at
first, but they will click into place at some point, and they are often quite
interesting. The skills and knowledge learnt here could well become useful later
in life for general knowledge or the career you choose. some of the subjects
