On the 20th June 2005 11 cadets had the experience of a
life time, and flew in a Helicopter over their own Squadron HQ,
Local area and then on
to Central London
The Flight lasted 1hour 25 mins and took in all of the
London sights, Buckingham palace, the London Eye, Tower Bridge and the Dome
to name a few
The views were amazing flying at approx 600 meters
above sea level you could see every thing clearly, everyone was taking
photos, I have included some of them below
The Flight was arranged by the RAF and for the
cadets the flight will be their best ever experience with the Air
Training Corps, and possible in there whole life.
